Copyright and content reports

TiG Talents in Germany UG (haftungsbeschränkt) respects intellectual-property rights and reviews sufficiently detailed reports.

Submit a copyright report

Email shiyun.hu@talentsingermany.de and include:

• your name, email address, and—if you act for someone else—your authority to do so;
• clear identification of the protected work;
• the exact VideoMason URL or other information that lets us locate the reported material;
• why you believe the use is unauthorised;
• a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

Review and response

We may acknowledge the report, request missing information, restrict access while reviewing, notify the affected account holder, remove material, preserve evidence, or restore access after a valid response. We will consider applicable exceptions and user rights before taking action. Knowingly false or misleading reports may create legal liability.

Other content concerns

For privacy, impersonation, safety, illegal-content, or trademark concerns that are not copyright claims, use the same email address. Identify the type of report, the exact location, the people or rights affected, and why action is requested. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
